HOW TO TAKE CARE EYES AT HOME DUE TO STRESS

Stress and too much exposure to glowing screen of television, the computer can cause bad effect to the eyes.

How stress effect eyes;

Stress adversely affects eyes. It has been found too much stress can cause a problem to the eyes.

  1. Eye dryness: When a body is exposed to high-stress condition blood pressure raise up and it thickens, this can lead to the decrease in the extremities including eyes. This can lead to the eye dryness.
  2. Eye floaters: eye floaters come in many size and shape. It is linked with stress.
  3. Twitching: Involuntary twitching of eye is associated with the stress.

Eye care at home due to stress:

  1. Wash the eyes: splashing cold water seems to be the best way to get any eye problems. It triphala churna is added in water and Triphala churn is strained out and the solution can be splashed in the eye for better eye health.
  2. Exercise to improve eyes- The exercise should be done to improve muscle around the eyeball. The exercise can be done the following ways. First rotate your eyeball to left then right, then upwards and downwards. These should be done clockwise or anticlockwise.
  3. Rosewater – rinsing eyes with rose water are an effective way of relaxing eyes. Rosewater can use as an eye drop to take care of redness and itchiness.
  4. Cold compression – Ice in the cloth can be applied to get rid of affected area of the eyes. Choline tea bad can be chilled in a refrigerator over a night then this can be applied on the eyelid and around the eyes.
  5. Cold milk – soaks the cold milk in the milk then dab it around the eyes. A cotton ball soaked in the milk if applied on eyes give instant relief.
  6. Strawberry slice- alpha hydroxyl is present in strawberry it works magic for the skin and also for the eyes. Strawberry should be kept in the refrigerator and then slice the strawberry and apply on the top of the eye and around the eye.
  7. Proper sleep- Minimum 6-8 hour sleep is necessary for glowing eyes. In order to get rid of puffiness, redness and under-eye circle. Sleep is must get rid of stress and for proper blood circulation in the eyes.

Diet for eyes

  1. Carrot and amla- one glass of carrot and amla juice works magic for the eyes. Carrot has vitamin A and amla have antioxidant which helps to fight back stress and give glowing eyes.

  3. Copper rich food- Copper has various beneficial properties. It acts as an antibacterial agent. Water stored in the copper container overnight can work magical for eyes.
