MILLET IDLI
Ingredients:
Ragi (Millet) – 1 Cup
Bajra (Millet) – 1 Cup
Jowar (Millet) – 1 Cup
Urad (Gola) – 1 Cup
Methi seeds – 1 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Method:
Wash and soak all the three millets together for 3 hours.
Wash and soak Urad and methi seeds for three hours.
Grind urad mixture first.
Then grind the millet mixture.
Mix both the batter together. Keep it over night for fermenting.
Make fluffy, soft, tasty idlies and enjoy.
Same batter can be used to make dosa as well.
