Benefits Of Chyawanprash

I grew up in a household whose head; my grandfather was a prolific Ayurveda Practitioner. Besides many others like Triphla, har etc. I often saw him using of Chyawanprash regularly. As a kid, I was forced to have it every night though back then I never liked its taste. Now, I am giving it regularly to my son before he leaves for school with milk. It was a time when Chyawanprash was available only in traditional flavor, however, now Indian markets are flooded with various flavors of Chyawanprash ranging from mango to mixed fruit to chocolate.
