2. Stay Unplugged From Tech:

What most of us do first thing in the morning is to check the notification on our phone. It is a really bad habit. We must avoid using the phone or any kind of gadget in the morning. If this is the first thing that you do in the morning, then you are doing yourself a disservice. You are immediately cultivating a reactive mindset rather than a proactive one. This will cause you to start your day in a defensive rate, which in turn will ruin your peace of mind and self-control. Our body is 70% water; you must drink as many fluids as possible through-out the day to maintain the same level.
