  6. Watermelon the summer fruit has an amino acid arginine which burns fat as well as does not allow the accumulation of fat.
  7. Eat omega-3 fats rich foods like salmon or supplement if you are a vegetarian to burn more fats
  8. Sleep well atleast 8hrs of undisturbed sleep. Sleep hormone melatonin helps boost metabolism.
  9. Laugh more and reduce your stress levels to boost metabolism
  10. Vitamin D the sunshine vitamin helps boost metabolism so make sure you get enough of the sunshine.
