Greens Soup

Greens soup can be made with any of your favourite green leaves. It is easy to prepare and oil free.  It improves vision and treats gastric ulcer. It can be consumed from kids to old age.

 

Ingredients

  • Green leaves –  150g
  • Onion –  50g
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Water – 50ml
  • Salt –  to taste

 

Method of Preparation

  • Pressure cook chopped green leaves, onion and salt in water (3 whistles).
  • Remove from fire and add milk.
  • Serve with pepper powder.
