Tooth decay is the primary cause of toothache for most children and adults. Bacteria that live in your mouth thrive on the sugars and starches in the food you eat. These bacteria are a sticky plaque that clings to the surface of your teeth.
- Salt and pepper to relieve pain – Salt and pepper have powerful anti bacterial properties. They have the ability to calm and relieve toothache. Simply make the glue like toothpaste with equal portion of regular salt and pepper. Apply this remedy on the infected area.
- Oil pulling to get rid of teeth infection – Swish 2 tablespoons for 15-20 minutes on an empty stomach. Do this for a few days to get rid of bad breathe and yellow teeth. This will reduce toothache.
- Garlic toothache – Crush a garlic clove or take some garlic powder. Mix it with tablesalt and apply directly to the affected area.
- Ginger is a good remedy – Bite some ginger root in water let it act for a while and then gargle it.
