Do Not Skip Your Breakfast Even You Are Obese

Obesity or overweight is a big problem. We all worried about this problem. But due to this problem skipping breakfast is not good for health. Even teenage & few busy people skip their breakfast due to their busy schedule & rushing to go out from home and need to reach college, office or any other working places.

Breakfast is an important meal of a day. It should be a healthy, attractive & more important than others meal of a day. The inner meaning of breakfast is breaking the fast between last night dinner & meal eaten after wake up the next morning.

Importance of Healthy Breakfast:

  • Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of walking.

  • Whole grains like oats, whole wheat are ideal for breakfast.
  • It should be homemade not packaged convenience food.
  • Must include fruits in your breakfast.
  • Include one or two eggs in your breakfast, not only it’s a good source of protein & amino acids, but also it’s a fewer source of vitamin D which is important for absorbing calcium for bone health.

  • Boiled egg with two piece brown bread toasts & one glass fat-free milk or buttermilk or lassi.
  • Boiled egg with vegetables & two piece brown bread toasts.
  • Sprouts with boiled vegetables and yoghurt.
  • Make the smoothie with fruits and nuts and yoghurt.
  • Make oats with skim milk & nuts.

So, breakfast is an important eating meal, not only it provides energy, but also it has more health benefits including weight control, improve performance in the classroom & playground, and reduce cholesterol.
