- Try to eat well and on time.
- Get adequate sleep.
- Do atleast 30-40mins of exercise daily.
- Have some hobby or some activity which is pleasurable like having a pet or playing with your children or gardening.
- Take short breaks or vacations to rejuvenate.
- Meet up with friends.
- Try not to get work back home
- if you still feel stressed do meet your family physician or counsellor to talk it out
