Hello,

  1. Try to eat well and on time.
  2. Get adequate sleep.
  3. Do atleast 30-40mins of exercise daily.
  4. Have some hobby or some activity which is pleasurable like having a pet or playing with your children or gardening.
  5. Take short breaks or vacations to rejuvenate.
  6. Meet up with friends. 
  7. Try not to get work back home
  8. if you still feel stressed do meet your family physician or counsellor to talk it out
