Hi Happy to help you. This is good question as we must aware in general. I advice those who are suffering Asthma must go with so rigorous, brisk level of any exercises like long distance speed walking or running,Gymnastics, long term jogging or long distance cycling or such type of competitions or similar out door games. People who are suffering, can go smoothly with few YOGA, body poses fitness training (exercises like overweight), aerobics, some Indian classical dance & or may be western.  These may be useful or permitted with a permission or super vision of respective Physician like – Volleyball, basketball, Good thing which feel is Swimming which is a strong endurance sport, is generally well tolerated by many people with Asthma because it is usually performed while breathing warm, moist air. It is also an excellent activity for maintaining physical fitness. But of course,if it is severe then prohibited or can slow down or cut down the duration of practice. Finally My advice is all exercises & activities are depending on severity, usage of medicines, age of person,weather/climate,time like early morning is always better & advisable. Here Physician is best guide & also I advice one guardian should be present there in case sports or any competition for age groups 4 yrs up to 15 years or even below 18 yrs.
