What precautions are needed when I travel frequently in order to keep good health ?

Have a healthy breakfast – All Indian breakfast are healthy and balanced (No Poori). Use more sambar and chutney made of vege, eg. tomato chutney.
Go for a mid morning fruit.
Have a balanced meal – Roti / Rice + Dal / Non veg + Veg (Salad / curry) + Buttermilk
Do not go for oily snacks. go for corns / sprouts instead.
Dinner – Start with soup + Roti + Vege.
Choose tandoori or grilled items.
Food that is rich in fats and deep fried items to be avoided.
Maintain small frequent meals as indicated.
