I am female aged 23 years and I weigh 82 kg. I am overweight. I always feel a stab pain in my heart. What is wrong with me?

Hi
These pain can be muscular or cardled.
It has to be differentiated and accordingly addressed.Some tests will be done 
Kindly visit a good Cardiologist.
He will do the needful.
