Headache At Work

I suffer from severe headache sometimes due to hectic life. Please help

Hello,
Headache could be due to many reasons:

  1. Constant eye strain
  2. glare from computer screen
  3. Untimely eating or reduced water intake
  4. Mental stress due to work pressure 
  5. inadequate sleep
  6. conditions like migraine, high blood pressure

Please meet your family physician and get yourself evaluated. Do get your blood pressure checked as it can also cause headache, if high.

Hi,
Please destress  yourself – Listen to melodious music (music without beats) of your choice. Play nature sounds music while you sleep to induce sound sleep. Drink milk before bed time. Use honey instead of sugar. Use fruits as your mid morning snack and sprouts as evening snack. These will help in destress.
 
Keep yourself hydrated – Drink water at regular intervals. Include tender coconut water once daily. Avoid carbonated drinks. Keep your fluid intake to 2.5 – 3L a day.
 
Enjoy your work.
 
Look at some greenary for 2 – 3seconds every half an hour to cool and destress your eyes.
 
Aviod too much spicy food. Have food at regular interval of 2 – 21/2 hours. These will keep away acidity, as this is the major concern of headache in the present days.
 
These steps will reduce the incidence of headache
