What are ways to relax at work ?

Hello,
Take short breaks. Go to the water cooler to have some water or walk to your colleague’s desk to return a file. This will help in breaking the monotony. 
Do some stretching exercises at the desk
if you can take a short nap at the desk
If you have gaming facility at work play a sport like table tennis
Ensure that you eat on time and drink adequate water
Talk to your superiors is you are feeling stressed with the work
Reach out to your family physician or counsellor if symptoms persist

Hi,
Listen to melodious music with beats. You can play them while you travel to work, before you sleep and during office hours using a headphone. This has promising effects to manage stress. 
Enjoy every bit of work you do. this will relax you.
Use honey instead of sugar, Drink milk before you sleep to keep you cool the next day. Include fruits as your mid morning meal and sprouts as evening snack. These food would relax you.

Hello -Thanks for your question. I advice you for back to back meetings you must have stress, mental pressure..So the best remedy should be deep sleep, apart from you can engage yourself in some thing innovative which you like as hobby the most,.few Yoga/ body poses, meditations on regular basis by just 10-15 mins are really helpful.  Theses all surely help you from all types of stress,depressions. I was also in some private Co.hav had tours & regular meetings so I understand you. Listening  music you like, or if you are musicians,artist ,then also practice or just spare some time for your hobby on routinely basis but not merely for a day.Thanks
